The Apropos Buying GuidePublished on 1st November 2018
Autumn is a glorious season. Despite bespoke conservatories and glass extensions being more associated with summer, we still love autumn here at Apropos. If you already own one though, you’ll already know the wonder of relaxing in your orangery when rougher weather abounds. Think cosy feelings of warmth, hot drinks and throw cushions as you watch the world go by.
In Autumn, we tend to hibernate – woollen socks and knitted jumpers come out in full force. The cold forces a retreat on all but the cosiest of activities. Which….doesn’t say much for opening up apertures in your home to invite the autumn weather in!
Autumn, though, is a great time for planning; for thinking up plans for the new year and dreaming of summer holidays to come. Hibernation, after all, gives us a lot of time to think. If you’ve been tempted by a new glass extension for a while now we’ve got the perfect reading material to compliment tonight’s hot drink. Ensuring this time next year, you’ll be enjoying it from inside your new bespoke extension.
The Apropos Buying Guide is packed full of information on where to start when planning a glass and aluminium home improvement. We’ve put together tips on building regulations, planning permission and even how to choose the right structure for you. Whichever structure you choose, we’ve also included a guide to sorting through the different glass types available and which to use where.
If you’re a little further along in the process The Apropos Buying Guide also offers guidance on which blinds work best, the types of flooring you can find and of course how the whole process works here at Apropos.
