A bespoke lean-to conservatory cannot be created overnight. As a unique piece of architectural design, all of Apropos contemporary orangeries, glass extensions and bespoke conservatory designs take time to devise, create and install. And, depending on whether or not your lean-to conservatory requires planning permission, the whole process, from the point of sale, will ordinarily take between 16 and 26 weeks to complete, on our end. After the initial lean-to conservatory design has been agreed, and an order has been placed, a site survey will be undertaken for the proposed lean-to extension or conservatory and General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) will then be prepared by our technical team for your approval.

Once you’ve signed off on your GAD, your chosen structure will go into producton right here art our Manchester based factory, where you’re more than welcome to come and take a look. Depending on the size and style of your chosen lean-to design, a proper installation will then take between a couple of days and a week.

During this whole process, you will need to organise a builder to undertake preparatory and post-installation work for your project, as well as arranging other tradesmen that may be required to work on the interior of your new space.
